In this essential role within the Front Office Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a flawless arrival and departure experience. We're looking for individuals who excel in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and are comfortable using hotel property management systems. Your friendly demeanor will leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet arrivals and assist with check-in/check-out

• Respond promptly to guest requests and questions

• Record and manage guest information using OPERA PMS

• Keep the front desk area organized and presentable

• Support guest services with enthusiasm throughout their stay

Requirements:

• Previous Front Desk or Guest Service experience (1-2 years)

• Knowledge of OPERA PMS is advantageous

• Must be fluent in English, written and spoken

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25lbs

• Preferred educational background in Hospitality or related field
