We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to oversee the front desk operations at our prestigious hotel. As a Front Office Manager, you will support your team, direct guest services, and ensure smooth collaboration with other hotel departments. Your leadership will be key in achieving service standards and managing a large team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front desk operations and guest services
• Coach and support Front Desk and Royal Services teams
• Handle guest issues with prompt action and follow-up
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Reservations for guest arrivals
• Conduct interviews and recruit new team members
Requirements:
• Minimum two years Front Office supervisory experience
• Proficient in Micros Fidelio Opera and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership skills and guest service talent
• Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
