Join Easton's Group of Hotels in this key supervisory role that requires Front Desk or hospitality experience. You'll assist the Front Office Manager in managing vital front desk services, uphold staff training, and promote hotel amenities. This position demands availability on weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front desk function and train staff effectively
• Schedule staff per labor standards and project occupancy
• Monitor performance and ensure service quality
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Promote hotel services and local attractions to guests
Requirements:
• Experience in Front Desk or customer service roles
• Availability for mandatory weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of property management and reservations systems
