Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and team performance
• Maintain high standards with GMs and AGMs across locations
• Drive cross-functional projects and private events
• Perform multi-unit financial reporting and P&L analysis
• Implement AI tools to optimize operational workflows
Requirements:
• 7+ years in high-volume hospitality operations
• Proven HR leadership and performance management experience
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting for restaurants
• Proficiency in AI tools and financial software
• Ability to manage sensitive areas discreetly
