As a vital member of our team, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.
Your role includes training and mentoring staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will actively participate during busy periods and help manage the housekeeping department's efficiency and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train the housekeeping team effectively
• Perform inspections to uphold cleanliness standards
• Support health and safety compliance initiatives
• Oversee scheduling and manage operational tasks
• Assist the team during high-demand periods
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in hotel housekeeping
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• High attention to detail under pressure
• Flexibility for evenings and weekend shifts
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
