As the National Head of Pubs and Clubs, you will oversee and strategize the growth and consistency of MRG’s hospitality portfolio. This key role demands a dynamic leader with strong P&L management, operational knowledge, and a passion for guest experience. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives and adapt to market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own overall performance of the Pubs & Clubs portfolio

• Develop and execute national strategies for growth

• Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across locations

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability

• Champion exceptional guest experiences aligned with company values

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years in senior hospitality leadership

• Proven experience managing multiple venues nationally

• Strong P&L oversight and cost management skills

• Ability to lead high-performing teams

• Passionate about hospitality and nightlife
