Elevate guest comfort as a Turn Down Attendant with Four Seasons. This critical position ensures excellent housekeeping service, catering to guest requests primarily on weekends.
As a key member of the Housekeeping Team, the Turn Down Attendant focuses on servicing guest rooms and fulfilling housekeeping requests. You will be integral to providing a pleasant environment for guests, ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. Ideally, you should have previous experience in a hotel setting, strong communication skills, and possibly additional language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service guest rooms promptly and efficiently
• Accommodate various housekeeping requests by guests
• Ensure guest comfort is maintained at all times
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in hotel operations
• Exceptional command of the English language
• Additional language skills considered an asset
• Legal work authorization in Canada
