This position requires you to follow established policies while achieving high standards of hygiene within the Stewarding Department. You will manage the washing and storage process of kitchen supplies and communicate with the Food and Beverage Director regarding any issues like breakages or equipment conditions. Your commitment to sanitation will ensure the smooth operation of hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement company policies for Stewarding functions

• Maintain cleanliness in stewarding and kitchen areas

• Oversee storage and requisitioning of materials

• Report all incidents to the Food and Beverage Director

• Keep dishwashers and other equipment in top condition
