As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for guests at The Omni King Edward Hotel. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless service. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential as you cater to the needs of a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs with precision
• Listen to inquiries and provide empathetic responses
• Set up personalized accounts for each guest
• Communicate pertinent information to hotel departments
• Manage room changes and document guest requests
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Opera preferred
• Must work all shifts, including overnight
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service required
• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
