Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards

• Clean and service assigned rooms and public areas

• Address guest concerns and special requests promptly

• Assist with maintaining laundry supplies and equipment

• Report maintenance needs or unsafe conditions promptly

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Capable of lifting items up to 75 pounds

• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning chemicals
