Position: Hotel Night Auditor Role Available
Become a crucial part of our hotel operations as a Night Auditor, ensuring seamless guest experiences during overnight shifts. This position involves check-ins, check-outs, and accurate account management.

Working full-time and in person, this role involves an overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You will oversee guest accounts, manage payments, and address reservation issues while promoting our services. Your empathetic approach will enhance overall guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage guest check-ins and check-outs

• Maintain accurate guest account records daily

• Promote and upsell hotel services effectively

• Verify payments and identification upon guest arrival

• Complete daily financial balances and shift tasks

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in hotel guest services preferred

• 3 years in customer service roles preferred

• Knowledge of OPERA required for operations

• Strong communication skills with guests

• Ability to adhere to safety and security policies
