Your role is essential in providing top-tier customer service from the very first interaction.
As the welcoming voice of the hotel, the CORE Agent is responsible for managing hotel communications while ensuring seamless guest reservations.
This role offers the opportunity to connect guests with luxurious services, from accommodations to dining. Ideal candidates should possess strong computer knowledge, exemplary communication skills, and a genuine care for providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure flawless communication for guest reservations
• Sell and promote hotel, spa, and restaurant experiences
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism
• Connect with emergency services when needed
• Serve as a liaison for Room Service and Housekeeping
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in hotel telecommunications or customer service
• Smart Serve Certification required
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Comfort with computer systems and phone operations
• Availability across evenings, weekends, and holidays
