At Inter Continental Hotels & Resorts, we seek charming and confident individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Your role will involve various tasks to maintain cleanliness and enhance our guests' experience at our downtown Toronto location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned rooms and areas thoroughly

• Notify supervisors upon completion of cleaning tasks

• Report needed repairs and unsafe conditions

• Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction

• Control supplies and minimize waste in housekeeping

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Some housekeeping experience preferred

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Frequent standing and moving throughout the facility

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
