Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate guest needs and inquiries for superior experiences

• Collect and relay information about local services and events

• Assist guests with reservations and ticketing

• Maintain a professional concierge desk and area

• Communicate with team members regarding VIP arrivals and group meetings

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent plus one year of concierge experience

• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred

• Strong communication skills for guest interactions

• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
