As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive personalized service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining knowledge of local offerings. You will also support VIP guests with customized requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests in person, on the phone, or via email

Requirements:

• Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends
