Event Hospitality Supervisor

Position: Event Hospitality Supervisor Needed
Join Marigolds and Onions as an Event Hospitality Supervisor and elevate guest experiences at major 2026 events. Supervise suite attendants and ensure every detail is perfect across venues.

We seek Hospitality Supervisors for two large-scale events: the RBC Canadian Open and the National Bank Open. Use your hospitality expertise to lead suite attendants, manage service levels, and maintain communication with suite managers effectively. A proactive approach will ensure attendees receive high-quality service throughout the events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee suite attendant team during events

• Confirm client specifications for suite setups

• Address food and beverage service issues promptly

• Ensure communication with suite managers via radio

• Conduct cleanliness checks post-events

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Smart Serve Certification

• 2+ years of hospitality or event service experience

• Proven supervisory background required

• Strong communication and team skills

• Resilience in fast-paced, outdoor environments
