Reporting to the Meeting and Conference Centre Team Lead, you will be the face of hospitality for lawyers, clients, and executives.
Your role involves anticipating needs, coordinating catering setups, and ensuring all areas reflect the firm's excellence. A professional demeanor, combined with solid organizational skills, is crucial for thriving in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a professional ambassador for client interactions
• Set up and coordinate catering for meetings and events
• Maintain hospitality spaces and coffee stations
• Adapt quickly to last-minute changes in meeting setups
• Process invoices and handle administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, catering, or conference services
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in workplace technologies, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to support evening or weekend events as needed
