As the Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of over 20 staff members in the hospitality sector. With at least 5 years of experience, your expertise will be crucial in maximizing budget effectiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role entails direct engagement with daily operations, staff training, and inventory management to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze budget to maintain restaurant profits
• Evaluate and improve daily operations
• Monitor and assess staff performance
• Plan and organize daily activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• First Aid, WHMIS, and CPR certificates
