In this full-time role, you'll take the lead in managing banquet operations s position combines staff training, inventory oversight, and financial management tasks to deliver outstanding service.
Your role will ensure guest feedback is valued and acted upon, promoting continuous improvement and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute events by leading and training banquet staff
• Manage supplies and departmental inventory levels
• Conduct monthly meetings with banquet team members
• Maintain sanitation and service standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of related experience in event management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction
