Banquet Attendant (Porter)

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a talented and dynamic Banquet Attendant (Porter) who shares our passion for excellence.

The Banquet Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The role involves planning, setting up, and executing events from arranging tables and chairs to providing meeting materials and flip charts, and finally cleaning and vacuuming the room to ensure events run smoothly and can be repeated the next day or hour.

• Arranging the setup of tables and chairs;
• Providing meeting materials and flip charts;
• Cleaning and vacuuming banquet spaces;
• Assisting with the breakdown of the room to prepare for subsequent events.

• High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic;
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests;
• High level of physical mobility: must stand for the majority of shift and lift up to 80 lbs.;
• Positive attitude and can‑do approach to tasks;
• Availability on an on‑call, casual basis;
• Smart Serve certification.

• 2+ years previous experience in a fast‑paced food and beverage operation;
• Command of English and personal confidence in communication;
• Additional language skills are a definite asset for career growth.

Flexible work schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position is on‑call, casual basis.

Hourly rate of pay: $17.60 CAD.
