As a Lobby Ambassador, you will create warm, welcoming experiences for visitors. With 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience, you will enthusiastically assist guests and staff. Engage proactively to ensure seamless service, providing expert advice on local attractions and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with office orientations
• Engage visitors with timely, helpful information
• Maintain visibility and establish rapport in the workplace
• Match services thoughtfully to guests’ needs
• Build connections throughout the hospitality industry
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in customer service or hospitality roles
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility in managing changing priorities
• Proficient in professional written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and IT platforms
Deliver warm, engaging service and hospitality expertise as a Lobby Ambassador with JLL in Toronto.
