Toronto Conference & Hospitality Team Lead

Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is looking for a Conference & Hospitality Team Lead to elevate client experiences in our Toronto office. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee conference operations and ensure excellence in catering and hospitality services.

This position requires a dedicated leader with 5+ years of experience in conference services or client-facing operations. You will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional service standards while managing vendor relationships and supporting event planning. Effective communication and strong organizational skills are essential for navigating a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily conference floor operations and client experiences

• Oversee catering services, ensuring high standards and cleanliness

• Coordinate internal and external meetings with AV support

• Lead front-of-house operations for welcoming client interactions

• Establish service standards for consistency across the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years in conference services or hospitality roles

• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management systems

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
