Part‑Time Bellperson – Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown
We are looking for a confident, self‑expressing individual to join our team as a Part‑Time Bellperson at Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown. In this role you will deliver exceptional guest service, greet visitors, manage airport shuttle, and assist with luggage.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional guest service in line with SHG’s vision, mission, and values.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere at all times.
- Provide airport shuttle service, including monitoring arrivals, greeting guests, and coordinating transportation.
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to rooms while explaining room features and hotel services.
- Support overall guest experience by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining service standards across all interactions.
- Positive attitude with a professional and guest‑focused approach.
- Valid Class G driver’s license.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (hotel experience is an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
