As a Guest Service Agent, you will rotate through key areas like Reception and Cashier, ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your ability to interpret guest needs and provide tailored solutions will be vital to creating lasting memories. You will manage various customer interactions, taking ownership of resolutions while collaborating with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check in and check out of guests promptly
• Collect various forms of payments and maintain a float
• Provide exceptional customer service to exceed expectations
• Address all guests' needs, arrange services and more
• Manage guest complaints efficiently for quick resolution
Requirements:
• One year of hotel experience preferred
• Diploma or degree in hotel/hospitality management preferred
• Strong passion for customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge of ONQ system is an asset
