Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary preferred
• 1-3 years experience in customer service or concierge
• Superior communication skills-focused on service
• Prior hospitality or luxury retail experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology
