The Bellperson will enhance the guest experience by warmly greeting visitors and facilitating smooth transportation coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service consistent with SHG's vision
• Warmly greet and assist arriving guests
• Manage shuttle service and meet transportation needs
• Help guests with luggage and room information
• Respond to inquiries and uphold service standards
Requirements:
• Positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Valid Class G driver's license is essential
• 1–2 years of customer service experience desired
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
