In this 12-month contract, you will oversee the daily operations of the Global VIP Guest team.
Your role includes coaching, training, and supervising team members, ensuring they deliver high-quality guest requests and services. Collaborate with the Global VIP Guest Manager for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of Advisors and Specialists
• Train new hires on service standards and tools
• Provide real-time coaching for team performance
• Manage scheduling, PTO tracking, and workflow
• Ensure effective use of technology and systems
Requirements:
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
• Experience in luxury guest service environments
• Ability to manage escalations calmly and effectively
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with technology and systems
