As the Guest Services Supervisor at Novotel Toronto Centre, you will work closely with the Rooms Division Manager to oversee daily front office operations. This role includes training team members in guest relations and room operations while managing various shifts. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you engage with visitors, vendors, and your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise guest registration and check-out processes
• Train team on cash handling and service standards
• Foster teamwork through effective communication
• Resolve guest issues promptly and courteously
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance management
Requirements:
• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication skills required
• Computer proficiency in Opera, Maestro, and MS Office
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interactions
