Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and manage FOH employees for exceptional service

• Consistently check guest experiences for quality

• Conduct staffing reviews and enforce HR policies

• Oversee the atmosphere in VIP sections of the restaurant

• Address and resolve conflicts efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality

• Food handling certification is preferred

• Flexible working hours including weekends

• Strong communication skills to engage guests

• Proficient in operational and organizational tasks
