CEM Resorts

As a Bellman / Valet Attendant, you will be one of the first faces our guests see upon arrival and one of the last they remember when they leave. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, support valet parking services, and help create a seamless arrival and departure experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure while delivering a professional and welcoming first impression
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and room deliveries when needed
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide helpful information about resort amenities and services
  • Maintain organization of luggage storage and valet areas
  • Offer directions, local recommendations, and assistance to guests whenever required
  • Coordinate with the front desk and guest services teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Help maintain cleanliness and presentation standards around entrances, lobby, and guest service areas
  • Follow all resort safety, security, and valet operating procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hospitality, valet, guest service, or customer service experience is considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
  • Comfortable driving different types of vehicles, including automatic and manual vehicles (an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to lift and move luggage as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
