Key Responsibilities:

• Collect guest preferences to personalize interactions

• Record and document messages accurately

• Promote hotel packages during reservations

• Train reservation coordinators for service excellence

• Assist with alternative accommodations when necessary

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel setting

• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills

• Proficient with Opera PMS and Microsoft Suite

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
