As a Room Attendant at Sonesta, you will collaborate with the Housekeeping Management Team to ensure guest satisfaction through timely cleaning and adherence to brand standards. Your responsibilities will include making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, and responding to guest requests. This role requires hands-on service and communication to guarantee that every guest feels attended to.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and service assigned rooms to meet established standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly
• May assist in laundry operations and maintain equipment
• Report room service completion and any issues to supervisors
• Handle lost and found items according to protocol
Requirements:
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing preferred
• Availability for flexible schedules including weekends
