Elevate guest satisfaction as a Housekeeping Coordinator at Montage International. Your clerical expertise will be key to supporting our Housekeeping department and ensuring seamless operations.
As a Housekeeping Office Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Director of Housekeeping. Your skills will enable you to monitor room statuses, assist with departmental morale, and respond efficiently to both internal and external requests. This role is perfect for someone passionate about contributing to an exceptional guest experience and growth within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
• Dispatch requests to ensure timely service
• Create daily assignment sheets for the team
• Maintain and update status reports in hotel management systems
• Enter work orders into the HotSOS System
Requirements:
• Required high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
