The Manager plays a key role in driving guest satisfaction, leading a high-performance team, and overseeing day-to-day service operations. This leader is accountable for results, committed to excellence, and passionate about hospitality. The successful candidate will bring proven management experience, strong coaching ability, and the drive to inspire their team to deliver exceptional service while achieving financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Leadership- Champion guest satisfaction by ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
- Act as a visible leader on the floor, guiding and supporting the team in real time.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and alcohol service regulations.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire employees to achieve their best performance.
- Build a culture of trust, accountability, and professional growth.
- Recruit, train, and onboard team members while reinforcing operational standards.
- Oversee daily service operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and consistency.
- Manage scheduling, labor, and resources to maximize productivity.
- Support financial objectives, including budgeting, cost management, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Occupational First Aid and responsible liquor service certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
