Housekeeping Attendant at Hotel X

Elevate cleanliness standards at Hotel X Toronto as a Housekeeping Attendant. You'll maintain guest areas, respond to requests via HOTSOS, and ensure high service levels throughout your shifts.

The Housekeeping Attendant is integral to maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout all assigned areas. In this role, you'll oversee public areas, guest floors, and various hotel facilities. Your efforts will ensure that all operations adhere to Hotel X Toronto's standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and guest floors

• Clean and sanitize washrooms and collect garbage

• Respond to HOTSOS calls promptly

• Dust, vacuum, and clean various hotel surfaces

• Deliver laundry and guest items as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1 year cleaning experience in hospitality

• Strong communication skills with guests and staff

• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

• Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
