Position: Altea Front of House Supervisor
Elevate member experiences at Altea as a Front of House Supervisor. You will lead a team, ensuring exceptional service in a unique fitness environment throughout daily operations.

In this role, you will develop and manage the front of house team while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will reflect through member interactions, desk operations, and service recovery, ensuring a seamless experience. Being visible and proactive, you’ll cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that members appreciate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the front of house team

• Oversee daily check-ins and member inquiries

• Address service recovery issues quickly and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards

• Coach team members for growth and improvement

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in a supervisory role in fitness or hospitality

• Ability to manage a high service standard

• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills

• Experience with scheduling and front desk operations

• Valid First Aid and CPR-C certification
