Guest Service Concierge

Join Germain Hotels as a Guest Service Concierge and delight our visitors with tailored experiences. We are looking for an experienced professional to enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service.

As a Concierge, your role will focus on understanding guest needs and providing exceptional recommendations for local dining, events, and attractions. You will liaise with various hotel departments to ensure guests receive personalized care, keeping communication open and effective. Your dedication to crafting memorable moments will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests to understand their specific desires

• Book restaurant reservations and activities promptly

• Educate guests on local events and exhibitions

• Ensure timely communication with different hotel teams

• Track guest preferences in profiles for future visits

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in customer-facing hospitality

• Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

• Bilingual in French and English

• Excellent knowledge of local attractions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS
