As a Bellperson, you will be instrumental in welcoming guests and showcasing the luxury of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
Your role includes greeting guests, transporting luggage, and assisting with overall guest satisfaction. Bring your excellent communication and organizational skills to this position while making lasting impressions in a world-class hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage luggage delivery and transportation
• Assist with guest services in the lobby
• Ensure smooth traffic and parking control
• Maintain a professional presence at all times
Requirements:
• Prior guest service experience required
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license
• Strong knowledge of local attractions preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
