Guest Services Associate - Night Shift

An ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in hospitality or retail customer service.

Your role includes handling guest inquiries, promoting team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are vital to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete guest check-in and check-out processes

• Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Make pre-arrival calls and confirm reservations

• Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively

• Adhere to operational compliance and safety measures

Requirements:

• Preferred:
High School diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in guest services

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
