Pantages Hotel Guest Services Specialist

Serve as the welcoming face of Pantages Hotel in Downtown Toronto as a Guest Service Specialist. Elevate the guest experience through exceptional service and attention to detail.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure every guest feels valued and attended to from check-in to checkout. As a key member of the Pantages team, you will facilitate reservations, manage guest inquiries, and uphold hotel standards to maintain a polished atmosphere that reflects the vibrant culture of Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests throughout their stay

• Create and modify reservations as needed

• Handle incoming calls and communication efficiently

• Maintain proper operation of the Front Desk

• Coordinate closely with all hotel departments

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Word and Excel; knowledge of Maestro or Opera an asset

• Energetic and professional demeanor

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
