Air Canada is seeking a Global Lounge Operations Manager to oversee six Maple Leaf Lounges at Toronto Pearson and related regional lounges. You’ll ensure daily service excellence, partner with internal teams, and drive improvements in guest experience across multiple lounge formats.
This role requires strong hospitality acumen, 3+ years of leadership experience, and the ability to travel >30%. You will report to the Senior Manager of Premium Product and coordinate renovations and cost-control
