Operations Manager for Regional Hotels

As the Regional Operations Manager, you'll ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards across various locations. With a decade of experience in hotel management, you will analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to innovate operational improvements. Collaborating with on-site General Managers, you’ll lead the team to elevate the guest experience and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational excellence across the hotel portfolio

• Ensure compliance with company and brand standards

• Conduct performance reviews and site assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration

• 7-10 years of relevant operations management experience

• Flexible availability for various shifts as needed
