Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for VIP guests, ensuring tailored service

• Assist hospitality setups for key stakeholders and executives

• Foster relationships with guests in VIP Select and RESERVE programs

• Manage event logistics including transportation and credentialing

• Oversee event-day operations from registration to guest experience delivery
