In the role of Host, Premium Club Experience, you will play a crucial role in welcoming members and providing top-tier service in our premier club spaces. Collaborating with various departments, you will support guest check-ins, manage attendance, and enhance overall event experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist premium members with event access

• Coordinate guest lists and ensure VIP arrivals are smooth

• Support all aspects of event-day operations

• Maintain knowledge of venue offerings for guests

• Address and resolve any guest concerns swiftly

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred

• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Current First Aid/CPR certification required

• Must hold valid Smart Serve certification

• Open to evening, weekend, and holiday work
