As a key member of the Premium Club Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to premium members and managing guest access. Your detailed knowledge of events and venue amenities will enhance guest interactions. This role demands professionalism and the ability to remain composed in a bustling environment while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist premium guests throughout events

• Manage VIP arrivals and access control

• Coordinate hospitality activations and support operations

• Provide informed recommendations about the venue

• Maintain detailed records and documentation

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality or guest services

• Ontario Security Licence is an asset

• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Valid Smart Serve certification

• Strong problem-solving skills and independence
