In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring clients enjoy the full AIRE Experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating treatments with our massage therapists, and addressing any of their needs throughout their visit. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will enhance the overall atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and guide them on facility tours
• Manage treatment schedules with therapists
• Assist clients during their bathhouse journey
• Follow up on client needs and comfort
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or spa roles preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and remain calm in busy times
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
