Full-Time | 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Shift
The National Club is seeking a polished, personable, and service-focused Member Services Associate to join our team. This full-time evening position plays an important role in delivering a warm, personalized, and elevated experience to our members and their guests.
As a central point of contact, the Member Services Associate anticipates member needs, responds to requests with care and discretion, and coordinates with departments throughout the Club to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors
- Respond to telephone calls and general inquiries in a professional manner
- Anticipate member needs and provide attentive, personalized service
- Manage dining, Club event, and overnight accommodation reservations
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Confirm bedroom reservations and relevant travel details
- Assist with group bookings and reciprocal-club or hotel accommodations when required
- Support accessibility requests and lost-and-found inquiries
- Prepare and monitor the Marconi Lounge for afternoon and evening service
- Maintain lounge amenities, the coffee station, lighting, television, and overall presentation
- Manage and update the Club calendar with Club events
- Process online event bookings and confirm attendance
- Prepare event name cards, flyers, function sheets, and other event materials
- Complete end-of-day reports and the night audit
- Distribute bedroom sheets and event reports to the appropriate team members
- Assist with invoice processing, account reconciliation, and occasional courier shipments
- Coordinate with Dining, Housekeeping, and other departments to address member requests
- Maintain accurate and current member profiles
- Perform other duties and special assignments as requested to support Club operations and the member experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in member services, hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, or a similar customer-facing role
- A professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and email
- Available to work the full-time 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift, including weekends as required
