Overnight Assistant Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold Sonesta service standards with each guest interaction

• Audit room revenue and prepare accurate reports

• Register guests and assist with inquiries and services

• Process transactions and maintain proper cash handling

• Support teamwork through effective communication

Requirements:

• Hospitality Degree or equivalent preferred

• Previous hotel experience required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational and problem-solving abilities necessary

• Must have a valid driver’s license
