Exceptional Hospitality Host at MLSE

Become an Exceptional Hospitality Host at MLSE and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere at the Premium Club in Scotiabank Arena. Your service will define the guest experience at thrilling events.

In this position, you will be the first contact for premium members, responsible for greeting, checking in, and assisting guests to ensure the highest levels of hospitality. Working closely with other departments, you'll help manage event operations while adhering to MLSE's commitment to outstanding service and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in premium members at events

• Oversee guest access and manage VIP arrivals

• Support hospitality activations and event operations

• Share knowledge about amenities and events

• Address guest concerns and provide concierge-level service

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles

• Ontario Security Licence is preferred

• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Valid Smart Serve certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills
