As a Host in the Premium Club Experience, you will greet and assist guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service during events. You will report to the leadership team while managing guest access and supporting event operations. This role requires high professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively in a bustling live event atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create welcoming arrivals for premium guests

• Manage access control and guest registration tasks

• Assist with logistics of event-day hospitality functions

• Share insights about local attractions with guests

• Tackle guest concerns with a proactive approach

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

• Valid Smart Serve certification required

• Current First Aid/CPR certification necessary

• Flexibility to work evenings and event days
